About the Role
At Husaak Adventure, we redefine outdoor experiences in Saudi Arabia — from the misty mountains of Aseer to the timeless canyons of AlUla.
We’re now looking for a Sales Manager (B2B) to join our growing team and help us expand our corporate and travel trade partnerships.
Based in Jeddah, you will play a key role in connecting Husaak’s unique adventure and eco experiences with companies, travel agencies, and institutions across the Kingdom and beyond.
What is Expected from You to do!
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales Strategy
Develop, implement, and monitor B2B sales strategies targeting local and regional travel agencies, corporates, institutions, and educational entities.
Identify, approach, and convert new business partners within the Umrah+, Corporate, and MICE segments.
Create and maintain a structured sales pipeline ensuring balanced coverage of short-term revenue and long-term growth opportunities.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and partnership agreements tailored to client needs.
Maintain a strong understanding of Husaak’s products and services to communicate their value effectively.
2. Account & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with travel wholesalers, tour operators, corporate buyers, and educational institutions.
Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring proactive communication and exceptional client service.
Coordinate closely with reservations and operations teams to ensure accurate implementation of client requirements.
Manage contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value.
3. Commercial Performance & Reporting
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by management.
Maintain accurate and updated records of opportunities, quotations, and confirmed business using the company’s CRM (Odoo) system.
Prepare regular sales reports including revenue forecasts, pipeline status, and market performance insights.
Monitor and evaluate market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities, providing recommendations for strategic adjustments.
4. Marketing & Promotion Support
Represent Husaak at trade shows, exhibitions, sales missions, and B2B networking events domestically and internationally.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional activities, campaigns, and digital content with sales objectives.
Provide feedback to marketing on product positioning, pricing competitiveness, and brand perception.
5. Coordination & Internal Collaboration
Work closely with the Reservations, Operations, and Product teams to ensure all proposals and itineraries are feasible, competitive, and well-executed.
Support product development by sharing market insights and feedback from clients.
Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups for confirmed sales.
Participate in internal meetings and contribute to the development of annual sales plans and budgets.
What will it take for us to consider you!
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field (required).
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within a DMC, tour operator, or travel management company.
Demonstrated network and sales track record within Saudi Arabia and GCC markets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (experience with Odoo preferred).
Strong knowledge of the Saudi tourism ecosystem, Vision 2030 initiatives, and travel distribution channels.
Fluency in both English and Arabic
This job is not for you if…
You prefer a routine desk job — this one requires being in the field, meeting people, and discovering new places.
You struggle to self-motivate or manage your time independently.
You dislike numbers, KPIs, or client follow-ups.
You see tourism as “just another job” instead of a mission to show the world the beauty of Saudi Arabia.
What is the catch?
We reward results — not seniority. You’ll have the freedom to shape your own success, backed by a passionate team, an inspiring product, and a brand that’s rapidly becoming a reference in Saudi tourism.
This role is your chance to grow within a company that’s reshaping how the world experiences Saudi Arabia.
